We will do everything we can to pick you up on arrival. Unfortunately the bus system in Siem Reap is set up so that some hotels affiliated with bus companies get commission. So in some cases, bus companies will change the pick up location and even send drivers from other guesthouses to pick you up. There is not a lot we can do about this and it only happens sometimes. If there is a problem with your pick up from the bus station please feel free to ask the bus company to phone the hostel on +855 63 964 660
